For the third consecutive year, Simonelli Group is organizing Simonelli Youth Academy, the contest that offers six young people between 18 and 30 years old 3 certified training appointments to have a complete and professional knowledge of the world of coffee. A really important opportunity to then present themselves to the world of work strong with high-level international certifications. <\/p>\n

The Simonelli Youth Academy will have three different appointments throughout 2020 (March 9-13, June 23-26 and September 8-11) in which students will take the Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting<\/em> and Sensory<\/em> courses at level 1, the Barista<\/em> course at levels 1, 2 and 3 and a Cocktails<\/em> course. The alternating teachers will be Dario Ciarlantini, Marco Cremonese and Lauro Fioretti, with the participation of Vittorio Agosti, Fabbri’s Brand Ambassador. <\/p>\n
