Using a special patented double-mesh conical filter holder, the machine can also create filter coffee, called Pure Brew Coffee, at the touch of a button. This new beverage, extracted under low pressure, is syrupy with a lot of body. In addition, the system set up is fully automatic, ensuring that the barista has maximum <strong>control over<\/strong> coffee <strong>brewing<\/strong> in terms of consistency of the result and can<strong>offer<\/strong> a menu and thus a<strong>wider range of offerings<\/strong> to his customers.<\/p>\n<p>This is an innovation in which the ultimate end benefit primarily is the consumer, who has the opportunity to have a new type of <strong>filter beverage<\/strong> with unique characteristics that cannot be replicated by other extraction methodologies. An additional secondary benefit is from the point of view of the footprint of the equipment in the room, as the need for water heating equipment required to extract filter coffee and related filters could be dispensed with, with a consistent and replicable in-cup result by any barista. This represents the main difference from manual extractions, which are subjective and vary depending on the operator and his or her skill.
