The platform to browse and order Simonelli Group spare parts quickly and easily
The DOSE (Digital Online Services) digital platform is enriched with an interesting new service for Simonelli Group partners. It is ORIGINAL SPAREPARTS, a portal dedicated to technical partners that allows dynamic consultation of all coffee machine components and the possibility of ordering original Simonelli Group spare parts directly online.
Extremely simple and intuitive, the platform is dedicated to Simonelli Group partners and allows them to choose between different products from the Victoria Arduino and Nuova Simonelli brands.
How it works:
For each coffee machine, the user can navigate the different sections: from the hydraulic part to the electrical part, from the bodywork to the control panel, and then select the spare parts he needs directly from the technical drawing of the machine. Once an individual part has been selected, the system indicates the corresponding code, price, minimum orderable quantity and Simonelli Group order type. It will then be possible to add each ordered code to the cart and then submit the order. For the same company, it will be possible to assign different rights for each user for both the creation and the submission of the order itself.
The platform also provides the ability to view order history and reload an old order into the shopping cart. An extremely easy way to speed up order creation and submission procedures!

How to access ORIGINAL SPAREPARTS?
To access DOSE and thus the Original Spareparts platform, you must be a Simonelli Group partner. You can request information directly from the relevant Area Manager or send a request to dose@simonelligroup.it
