Simonelli Group hosts IEG’s F&B division: a dialogue on innovation, culture, and coffee
We had the pleasure of hosting the F&B division of IEG, with its trade shows Sigep, Beer&Food Attraction and Mixology Attraction, for a company visit that was much more than a tour: it turned into a shared exploration of trends, challenges, and opportunities that will define the future of our industry, a true meeting point between two complementary worlds — coffee equipment innovation and the global stage of foodservice — to reflect together on the evolving culture of coffee and the whole food and beverage sector.
The day began with an in-depth look at the evolution of the industry over the past decades, the challenges companies have faced, and how Simonelli Group has successfully navigated change to remain competitive and anticipate new trends. The visit concluded at the Simonelli Group Campus, with a tasting of different coffee varieties brewed through multiple extraction methods — a tangible experience of how knowledge and innovation come to life in every cup.
This encounter was a chance to exchange valuable insights and strengthen strategic relationships within the food and beverage community.
