Simonelli Group introduces new TECX Telemetry Coffee Experience service
A system composed of connected machines and digital services designed to support partners, managers, roasters and technical service.
Simonelli Group presents the new Telemetry service that complements the Dose platform, already used and appreciated by the company’s partners and distributors worldwide. The system composed of Dose and Tecx combines connected machines and digital services and was developed to support partners, managers, roasters and technical service in monitoring and improving performance and service to their customers. The two platforms TECX (Telemetry Coffee Experience) and D.O.Se (Digital Online Services) are easy to use and interconnected that can support partners and customers in their activities, providing added value to products.
TECX (Telemetry Coffee Experience) is a data intelligence platform, capable of generating value-added data to monitor key performance parameters in real time, to enhance overall store operations and to ensure machine reliability.
Dedicated to managers, store managers and technical service, the platform makes it possible to visualize equipment performance, offering data and statistics useful for evaluating the performance of each individual store, to manage peak times and thus also staff shifts, to organize the warehouse and thus orders, and to optimize investments in staff training in relation to the graphs of dispensing during the working day. The platform also provides useful information for technical service such as meters and alarms, to better plan various interventions and periodic maintenance.
The platform allows processing of data on performance (coffee dispensing per group and per key, steam and hot water, and software), quality dispensed (recipes and extraction times, group, coffee and steam boiler temperature, and pressure), and technical parameters (maintenance and alarms) through two packages: basic, which includes data on performance and quality dispensed, and full, which offers visualization of all the information that is generated.
The service can only be activated upon purchase of a Nuova Simonelli and/or Victoria Arduino product, and at the time of activation you will be asked for the serial number of the product you have.
To enable its customers to test the new service for themselves, Simonelli Group is offering a free trial of the TECX platform with access to all available data. The trial, lasting 6 months from service activation, is active on the models Appia Life XT e Aurelia Wave UX, for all machines produced from September 1, 2022.
The service can also be activated on models on Eagle One, E1 Prima, Appia Life Volumetric and Aurelia Wave DigiteT3 upon request during the order process. A dedicated price list is available for these models and can be requested from your area sales references. D.O.Se. (Digital Online Services) is the digital platform for support and information sharing reserved for customers and partners. Dose is a platform reserved only for Simonelli Group partners and distributors and can be activated after contacting their commercial and technical references.
