Our training on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) issues concluded successfully last week.
Over the course of 6 dedicated days, we addressed crucial issues such as stereotypes, differences in gender, culture and sexual orientation, and inclusive language. We created a space for open and honest discussion, which was also heated at times, but allowed us to explore unconscious and ingrained attitudes and reflect on how these can influence our daily behavior.
But what enriched us most was the opportunity to look beyond the role each person plays in the company. We got to know each other better as people, putting ourselves in each other’s shoes, and this helped strengthen our bond as a team.
In this process, we laid the groundwork for breaking down barriers and fostering a greater sense of connectedness, valuing diversity as a key resource for individual and collective growth.

And special thanks to all participants for their commitment, willingness and sincerity with which they contributed to creating a more inclusive environment.
