Each year, Simonelli Group recognizes employees who stand out for innovative ideas and concrete proposals for improvement in the areas of production, processes and design. The Quality Path award is a year-round initiative that allows each production colaborer to suggest solutions to improve coffee machines, optimize production processes, reduce waste and improve overall efficiency. An internal committee, composed of the heads of major business functions, reviews the proposed ideas and selects the most deserving ones, rewarding the winners at the end of each year.
The winners of the Quality Walk 2024:
- Giannicola Pascucci – Gold Idea Award for proposals to optimize internal logistics and materials management in the warehouse.
- Flavio Buschittari and Alberto Gagliardi – Silver Idea Award ex aequo for design modification on the hydraulic circuit of a coffee machine and for solutions aimed at reducing the possibility of error in the testing phase, respectively.
This award is an important opportunity to recognize the contributions of those who work every day to improve the quality and efficiency of our products and processes.
