On Friday, June 16, the second round of Engaging Talks hosts Nicoletta Romanazzi with a talk entitled “Beyond the Goal. The mindset of winning.”
Nicoletta Romanazzi is currently the most famous Italian mental coach, specialized in sports coaching and top performance, trainer and facilitator of Respiro. His work consists mainly of supporting athletes, top performers, entrepreneurs and professionals throughout Italy.
He coaches athletes who have triumphed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics such as Marcell Jacobs (gold medalist in 100-meter flat and 4×100-meter relay), Luigi Busà (gold medalist in Karate Kumite), Viviana Bottaro (bronze medalist in Karate Kata), Alice Betto (seventh place in triathlon) and Jeannine Gmelin (fifth place in individual rowing).
He works with companies that want to bring the principles of mental coaching and self-improvement into their work reality.
