From Oct. 17-19, Victoria Arduino is in London to participate in the 13th European Coffee Symposium, a high-profile event offering a combination of insights and networking opportunities for top executives from across the coffee shop, food-to-go and restaurant scene.
At European Coffee Symposium Victoria Arduino is the official sponsor of the tea session and, with its Black Eagle Maverick, will prepare several tea-based mocktails during the opening welcome drinks. Thanks to Pure Brew technology, in fact, Black Eagle Maverick can extract espresso, Pure Brew Coffee (a filter coffee with unique characteristics that is syrupy and has a lot of body) and different types of tea.
Pure Brew Technology is a revolutionary method of espresso extraction and low-pressure filter coffee extraction using a Victoria Arduino patented filter holder with a double-mesh conical filter that can create Pure Brew Coffee, a new syrupy filter coffee with lots of body. At the European Coffee Symposium Victoria Arduino will present Pure Brew applied to tea as a new extension of the technology to different types of extraction. Pure Brew Tea is a revolutionary method of extracting tea from an espresso machine.
“The ability to extract espresso, specialty coffee and tea directly from one machine is revolutionary,” said Kai Ellerbrock, of TEAHOUSE EXCLUSIVES (a Market Grounds company brand) that offers a full range of quality teas from around the world. “Today, at Market Grounds, the development team calls Black Eagle Maverick a tea machine, as everyone involved has become super enthusiastic and very interested in the possibilities of tea. Previously, operators needed up to three machines to do their work properly. By incorporating all the technologies into one group along with other patented innovations, operators save space, reduce complexity, and increase the speed of service. These improvements not only reduce costs, but also provide the operator with more options to differentiate and expand their menu.”
