IT SSHOCKS
The project intends to study and develop a new eco-sustainable, ultra-high energy-efficient Smart System for the kitchen of the future, integrating a cooktop-cooking station and a hot and cold beverage station, both highly innovative compared to the state of the art and based on induction heating technologies; the system, managed by a single intelligent centralized controller with evolved Energy Management functions dedicated to the intelligent collection, monitoring and control of instantaneous energy consumption and loads, will integrate second-life green materials and original constituent solutions capable of giving the same unprecedented features of hindering bacterial proliferation. The numerous elements of originality and innovativeness that characterize the System in question, intended for the professional-consumer sphere, will be studied and developed by the supply chain partner companies: Simonelli Group Spa, Elica Spa, Delta Srl and Mac Srl.
