A thread that continues to unite us
After the first meeting last July, yesterday we had the joy of welcoming friends of the Lega del Filo d’Oro Foundation back to the company. It was more than just a date: an authentic moment of meeting, listening and inspiring each other.
This step brings us closer to the corporate volunteer track that will come to life on next year. A journey that we feel is valuable, because it allows us to learn more about the Foundation’s mission and how each of us will be able to make a difference with concrete, everyday gestures.
Leading us were states:

Dr. Lucia Pagliarecci – Corporate Fundraiser – Head Program Companies
We have chosen to embark on this journey together in order to create new opportunities for learning, relationships and inclusion.
A journey that is not only about activities, but above all about people: about their stories, their strength and the ability they have to make us look at reality with new eyes.
For our business community it will be an opportunity to reflect on empathy, diversity and culture of listening, values we want to cultivate every day, inside and outside the company.
Because, as Francis Mercurio reminded us with a smile: “Coffee is good … but if you have it together it’s even better.”
