Simonelli Group presents DOSE (Digital Online Service), the digital platform for supporting and sharing information with customers and partners. The goal is to connect markets and customers through the provision of evolved services that strengthen communication for improved performance, reducing time and crossing geographic boundaries through digital innovation.
Through this platform, in fact, Simonelli Group partners will have the ability to create connections and manage access not only within their organization in a way that simplifies processes, but also with their customers, creating value.
Dose is a platform that embraces existing services and new tools. It currently includes three services: e-learning courses and technical update news; digital technical, commercial, and marketing archives; and original spare parts management.

Focus on services:
E-learning. The e-learning courses are dedicated to technicians and offer basic training on the coffee machines of the Simonelli Group brands. Each course includes in-depth studies on the hydraulic and electrical part of the machine, along with a section dedicated to ‘trouble shooting,’ as well as a passing test. Each e-learning includes the issuance of a certificate of attendance for the course, after passing the final test.
Within the platform there is also a section dedicated to news with all the technical updates of the Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino list products. A quick and easy way to be updated in real time on product optimizations.
Digital Archive. Simonelli Group partners will have, in relation to their respective roles, an extensive digital archive divided by areas of interest: technical, marketing and commercial. An extremely simple way to search and always have available materials useful for their business.
Management of original spare parts. This is a portal dedicated to technical partners that allows the verification and direct purchase of spare parts for each product. A real online store of original Simonelli Group spare parts that offers the possibility to select, from the drawings of coffee machines, the necessary spare parts in an extremely simple way. The original spare parts portal will be active as of March 22, 2021.
