We face the challenges of climate change and energy transition as an opportunity to evolve toward a sustainable, efficient and resilient industrial model that can reduce environmental impacts and create value over time.
Since 2011, we have been systematically applying life cycle analysis(LCA) to new products to assess their environmental impacts from production to disposal.
New products achieve 18.5% savings over old ones.
Recycled materials: we use up to 30 percent recycled components in packaging, and in machines we use aluminum with a 55 percent share of recycled sourcing.
End of Life of Products: our products have an average life of 5-7 years that can reach significantly longer with proper maintenance. These features extend the life cycle of products and reduce environmental impact
Our production facility uses energy from renewable sources.
The expansion of the photovoltaic park aims to ensure energy self-sufficiency.
We have initiated the calculation of indirect Scope 3 emissions to measure environmental impact throughout the value chain.
We have set a goal of a 30 percent reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2030.
99.9% of the waste we produce falls into the non-hazardous waste category. Of this, 76% is sent for recycling.
Our production activities have a limited impact on water consumption. Almost all consumption relates to office activities. In our headquarters, water needs are met in part by water drawn from the private well.
