We collaborate with international universities and research centers in areas ranging from chemistry to physics, mathematics to computer science, and mechanics to biology. We support those doing research for the coffee community:
CSF (Coffee Science Foundation);
ASIC (Association for Coffee Science and Information);
ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences).
We started the RICH (Research and Innovation Coffee Hub), to make an active contribution to research.
The Research and Innovation Coffee Hub was born in 2016 from a collaboration with the University of Camerino to do coffee research through the meeting of the academic and business worlds united in the common goal of expanding the boundaries of coffee knowledge.
Because Developing and sharing knowledge helps to elevate coffee quality and generate value.
RICH is the bridge between science and the production chain to enable quality evolution through a scientific approach.
RICH is a research center with a state-of-the-art chemical-physical-biological laboratory where researchers, doctoral students, and students with expertise in chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, biology, and nutrigenomics do research on the world of coffee and its derivatives.
RICH is also a Hub that collaborates with some of the leading international research centers

Articles and white papers that translate scientific findings into useful knowledge for coffee operators.
Participation and presentation of work done at major scientific events and some business events in the coffee industry.
