In addition to the technical courses that the company has always offered, since 1999 we have been offering courses on coffee together with top experts and leading international organizations – SCA, CQI, Cup of Excellence.
The Simonelli Group training center was the first certified CQI campus in Italy and the second in Europe.
The programs are taught only by experienced professionals and are structured to best meet the different skill levels of the students (bartenders, roasters, technicians, managers, consumers). Topics range from sensory analysis, to roasting, from latte art to any other technical discipline useful to the various operators in the supply chain.
Training quality also depends on the quality of training spaces and ease of access. That is why we have created modern dedicated digital and physical spaces designed to offer qualified training and encourage the sharing of coffee culture.

In the equipped classrooms, we deliver training courses based on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) training programs: Green Coffee; Brewing; Roasting; Sensory; Barista.

Since 2018, our exclusive program has been offering free training based on the official SCA programs to young people under 30.
The goal is to support those who wish to start or consolidate a career path in the world of coffee, providing practical skills and specialized knowledge to build a solid and innovative career.
At the end of the training based on the SCA Skills Diploma disciplines, participants earn an SCA Diploma.
