A new challenge for kids who love coffee: the Simonelli Youth Academy contest for free access to an SCA-certified training program. A challenge that aims to highlight young people’s passion for coffee and determination and offers great career possibilities.
For the third consecutive year, Simonelli Group is organizing Simonelli Youth Academy, the contest that offers six young people between 18 and 30 years old 3 certified training appointments to have a complete and professional knowledge of the world of coffee. A really important opportunity to then present themselves to the world of work strong with high-level international certifications.
Simonelli Youth Academy training courses
The Simonelli Youth Academy will have three different appointments throughout 2020 (March 9-13, June 23-26 and September 8-11) in which students will take the Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting and Sensory courses at level 1, the Barista course at levels 1, 2 and 3 and a Cocktails course. The alternating teachers will be Dario Ciarlantini, Marco Cremonese and Lauro Fioretti, with the participation of Vittorio Agosti, Fabbri’s Brand Ambassador.

To participate (download the rules here) simply fill out the entry form at this linkand post a photo of yourself on your Instagram profile with a description highlighting your passion for coffee with the hashtag #simonelliyouthacademy. Those who receive the most ‘Likes’ at the contest end date and time will gain direct access to the Simonelli Youth Academy. The remaining 5 will be selected by our trainers.
The contest will begin on Thursday, January 16 at 3:00 p.m. and end on Friday, February 14 at 3:00 p.m. (Italian time).
