From 17 to 19 October Victoria Arduino will be in London to participate in the thirteenth European Coffee Symposium, a very high-profile event that offers top executives a combination of networking opportunities and in-depth explanation for the whole panorama of coffee shops, food-to-go and restaurants.
At the European Coffee Symposium, Victoria Arduino will be the official sponsor for the session dedicated to tea and, with its Black Eagle Maverick, it will prepare various tea-based mocktails for the welcome drinks. With its Pure Brew Technology, Black Eagle Maverick can extract espresso, Pure Brew Coffee (a syrupy, full-bodied filter coffee with unique characteristics) and several types of tea.
Pure Brew Technology is a revolutionary method of espresso extraction and low pressure coffee extraction using a Victoria Arduino patented portafilter with a conical double-mesh filter that can create PureBrew, a totally new filtered coffee extraction more syrupy and full-bodied. At European Coffee Symposium Victoria Arduino will present Pure Brew applied to tea as new extension of the technology to different types of extraction. PureBrewTea is a revolutionary method of tea extraction from an espresso coffee machine.
“The ability to pull espresso, brew specialty coffee as well as tea direct from one machine is revolutionary – said Kai Ellerbrock, owner of TEAHOUSE EXCLUSIVES brand (brand by Market Grounds company) offering a comprehensive range of quality teas from all around the world. “Today, at Market Grounds the development team calls the Black Eagle Maverick a tea machine, as everyone involved has become super excited and personally interested about the possibilities of tea. Previously, operators would require up to three machines to do the job properly. Incorporating all technologies into the brew head along with other patented innovations, operators are saving space, reducing complexity and are improving speed of service. These improvements are not only reducing cost but additionally providing the operator with more options to differentiate and expand their menu”.
