On Friday, Feb. 3 at 5 p.m., the Simonelli Group campus will host the first event ofEngaging Talks, cultural, economic and social themed meetings with outstanding guests, organized in collaboration with Roi Group.
Marina Salamon will open the series of appointments with a talk titled “The new role of the company in the territory: how to build a successful, sustainable, innovative enterprise.”
Marina Salamon is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist. At just 24 years old, she founded Altana (luxury children’s clothing); was a shareholder in Replay Jeans, Save The Duck (the first animal-free down manufacturer), and Banca Ifis (specializing in factoring and web banking and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in the Star segment). A former board member and vice president of Illy Caffè, she is currently a board member of Morellato Spa and for more than a decade was a national advisor to WWF. All of Marina Salamon’s companies report to her wholly owned holding company Alchimia Spa, which is included in the Mediobanca report as one of Italy’s 180 leading companies.
She was also president of Doxa, Italy’s first market research company.
In 2012 she founded Web Of Life, which encapsulates the main charity projects she supports.
