After the first online session, Simonelli Youth Academy boys are finally in the company for the second part of the course, which includes practical tests and exams. During this week the SYA2020 youths will be busy with trainers Dario Ciarlantini, Marco Cremonese and Lauro Fioretti for the Barista, Brewing and Sensory Foundation course exams and to attend and then pass the first level of the Green and Roasting courses.
Thanks to all the preventive measures taken by Simonelli Group, during the days in the company, the children will be able to directly confront teachers and increase all their knowledge. A first test towards normality that allows everyone to look to the future with determination and optimism. “This year’s course takes on an even stronger value, that of investing in young talent at a time of global economic and health difficulties. Simonelli Youth Academy is the program that offers eight young people between the ages of 18 and 30 certified training appointments to have a complete and professional knowledge of the world of coffee. A truly important opportunity to then present themselves to the world of work strong with high-level international certifications.
