The NeMO Clinical Center network, active throughout Italy, cares for people with neuromuscular diseases, such as ALS, SMA, and Muscular Dystrophies, and today is a point of reference for diagnosis, treatment, and care on these diseases. At NeMO, everything revolves around the person, thanks to a targeted multidisciplinary care model that integrates multiprofessional and interdisciplinary skills to offer comprehensive care without discontinuity, implementing highly specialized rehabilitation programs targeted to the needs of each patient.
Being sustainable requires courage, but also an awareness of the return on value that is distributed in terms of territorial growth, well-being and quality of life. For the NEMO Clinical Center, capillary development in the territory is essential to be close to the need for care of those who experience such complex and disabling diseases, making it possible to ensure that an increasing number of people have access to innovative treatments.
“The culture of innovation, environmental protection and sustainability have been part of the company’s ‘DNA’ for many years now”-explains Nando Ottavi, Simonelli Group President. “Ours is a company devoted to the long term, growth and innovation; this is why Simonelli Group’s development cannot disregard the growth and welfare of the territory in which it operates and in which it has remained even in times when relocation might have seemed the most convenient choice. Supporting associations that invest in innovative solutions to improve the quality of life of people with different pathologies is certainly a choice that contributes to creating added value for our territory.”
