It is ORIGINAL SPAREPARTS, a dedicated platform for technical partners that offers a dynamic consultation of all the coffee machine components and gives the possibility to order the original spare parts directly online.

Extremely simple and intuitive, the platform is dedicated to Simonelli Group partners and lets them choose between Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino products.

How it works:

The user can navigate the different sections for each coffee machine. They can examine the hydraulics, the electrical circuit, the bodywork, and the control panel, and after that, they can select the spare part needed directly from the machine’s technical configuration. Once the single component is selected, the system generates the corresponding code, price, MOQ, and order type. It will then be possible to add each created code into the basket and proceed with the order. Every company can create different users profiles and give them different rights. The user can also check order history and chronology and re-order a previously existing code—an effortless way to speed up the procedures and send out the request of Simonelli Group original spare parts.
