Our training program on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)

Our training program on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) successfully concluded last week.

Over the course of six dedicated days, we addressed crucial topics such as stereotypes, gender, cultural and sexual orientation differences, and inclusive language. We created an open and honest space for discussion, which at times was quite heated, but allowed us to explore unconscious and deeply rooted attitudes, reflecting on how these can influence our everyday behavior.

What enriched us the most was the opportunity to look beyond the roles we each hold within the company. We got to know each other better as people, putting ourselves in each other’s shoes, which helped strengthen our bond as a team.

Through this process, we laid the groundwork to break down barriers and foster a greater sense of connection, recognizing diversity as a fundamental resource for individual and collective growth.

A big thank you to Giorgia Ortu La Barbera and Annalisa Valsasina for guiding us with clarity and empathy.

And a special thanks to all the participants for their commitment, availability, and sincerity in contributing to the creation of a more inclusive environment.
