3 – To who can your data be disclosed?
Where necessary or appropriate, the company will transmit the data for the IT management of the newsletter service and surveys to (external) Data Processors. The complete list of data processors and people in charge of the processing can be requested by email, found in point 1.
4 – Transfer of data abroad
For the newsletter service’s sole purpose, the data are transmitted to recipients based outside the EU (ex. Google LLC or Mailchimp/Rocket Science Group LCC) whose countries have signed agreements to ensure adequate data protection. Apart from the above, the data are not disclosed to third parties (nor to third countries) or are propagated.
5 – Further information
5.1 – How long your data will be processed
Personal data are processed with automated tools and are valid until unsubscribed by the user, which is possible by clicking a link found in each e-mail or are valid until the purposes for which they were collected are completed. In any case, an annual verification is provided of the stored data to delete those considered out-of-date, unless the law obliges archiving.
5.2 – What are your rights, and how you can apply them
As an interested party, you can apply the right:

• to modify or cancel your information,
• to limit the processing of your data
• to oppose to the processing of your data,
• of data flexibility,
• to send a complaint to the Privacy Authority (http://www.garanteprivacy.it)
If you have given your consent, you have the right to withdraw from it at any time.
You can exercise your rights with a direct request to the owner at any of the addresses indicated in paragraph 1.
5.4 – Use of data in automated decisions
Your data will not be used to make automated decisions that present legal effects on yourself.
