Simonelli Group Hosts AILM Annual Conference for the 5th Consecutive Year
Yesterday, Simonelli Group hosted the annual conference of AILM (Associazione Italiana Lean Managers) in its Auditorium. AILM is the largest non-profit European association focused on Lean Production. The conference featured many speakers from leading companies who shared their experiences as managers, entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders in the areas of Lean Journey and Continuous Improvement.
During the event, Nando Ottavi, President of Simonelli Group, was appointed Vice President of AILM for his active role in supporting the association over the past six years, starting from the first conference hosted in 2018 up until yesterday’s edition.
“Events like this provide a vital opportunity for exchange, helping us overcome individual differences and grow together by sharing best practices to tackle increasingly challenging economic scenarios,” said Nando Ottavi, addressing the participants.
