After the first online session, the students of Simonelli Youth Academy will finally be joining us here in the Company for the second part of the course, with tests and exams. This week, the students of SYA2020 will be engaged with the trainers Dario Ciarlantini, Marco Cremonese, and Lauro Fioretti for the Brewing, Barista and Sensory Foundation classes, and to begin the first level of the Green and Roasting courses.
Thanks to all the safety measures adopted by Simonelli Group, during the days in the Company, the students can be in direct contact with the trainers and maximize their knowledge. Simonelli Youth Academy is the program that offers to eight students between 18 and 30 years old, certified educational sessions to gain complete knowledge to the professional world of coffee. It is a momentous occasion to prepare for the working world and take the leap with high-level international certifications.
