Every year, Simonelli Group recognizes the outstanding contributions of employees who bring forward innovative ideas and practical solutions to improve production, processes, and design. The Cammino della Qualità award is an initiative that allows every production employee to suggest solutions throughout the year aimed at enhancing coffee machines’ quality, optimizing production workflows, reducing waste, and boosting overall effficiency. An internal committee, composed of key company’s head functions, carefully evaluates the submitted ideas and selects the most impactful ones, rewarding the winners at the end of each year.
The winners of the 2024 Cammino della Qualità:
- Giannicola Pascucci – Gold Idea Award for proposals to optimize internal logistics and warehouse material management
- Flavio Buschittari and Alberto Gagliardi –Silver Idea Award (ex aequo) for the proposed design modification on the hydraulic circuit of a coffee machine and for solutions aimed at reducing the potential for errors during the testing phase.
